All the items sold in WST online store are second hand. They are in excellent condition and have practically no visible signs of usage. If some signs exist, we'll mention it in the product description. All the items are more than ready to be your new pieces of wardrobe.

All items are sold as is.



You can create an account at wst.fi by using your email. Creating an account offers you a smoother experience on the site, see all your order details in one place, and allows you to checkout faster. You will also be automatically added to receive our newsletter with discounts, special news and offers. 

You can modify and delete all the personal information regarding your account, found in the "My Account" page. Please remember to keep your details up-to-date, so we'll always know the right address where to ship your order. If you wish to permanently remove your account, contact us at info@wst.fi, and we'll remove it for you! Simple as that, no hassle.



We have a newsletter these days! We though it would be nice if there was a meaningful way to tell you about upcoming collections, special offers and discounts, so the newsletter was created. It also gives a chance to be the first to shop New Arrivals before anyone else.

When creating an account or ordering from our online store, you are automatically added to receive our newsletter.

You can subscribe hereNo spam, mostly pretty pictures, and only when we have something meaninful to tell you. If you wish to unsubsribe, you can easily do so by clicking the "unsubscribe from this list" in the bottom of a newsletter email.

After your successful order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that everything’s okay with it. If not, send us an email as quick as possible, and we'll fix it!



We use Paytrail and PayPal's online payment gateway solutions for processing payments. You can choose to pay with either one most suitable for you. You don't need an account to use them, they just handle the payment.

With Paytrail, you can choose to pay with credit and debit cards, or Finnish netbank account. Simply click the icon of your selected payment method. All Finnish netbanks are supported: Nordea, OP, Danske, Säästöpankki, LähiTapiola, POP, Aktia, Handelbanken, Ålandsbanken, and S-Pankki. For credit and debit cards, payments with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB are supported. If you want to pay with Visa Debit or Visa Electron, just click the Visa logo at checkout and use your debit card.

With PayPal, you can choose to pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) or PayPal account.

We take your privacy very seriously, and value your personal information. We never give out any information regarding our customers to third parties. When dealing with your personal information, safety and consideration are assured.

We only collect information that is important for shipping orders. For that we absolutely need: name, address, and phone number. Anything else is optional and additonal, and that is used mainly for communicating via email with you about orders or special offers.



Items are packed and dispatched from our storage space in Espoo, within 3 business days of ordering. Itella Oy takes care of shipping, and the delivery times are 1 – 3 business days in Finland. For European countries the delivery times are 3 – 7 business days, and outside Europe it takes about 7 – 14 business days. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage fees. If you order many items at once we group all your items in one order. We use recycled materials whenever possible.

All orders are packed carefully to ensure that your items are well-protected.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage fees.

WST welcomes all international sales. If you wish to order outside the mentioned regions, or to your country, please contact us at info@wst.fi.



Finland: We offer a 14-day cancellation right on all items. The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day after you receive your order. During the 14 days you can return your purchase, and get your money back! WST will take care of the shipping fee.

The EU: We offer a 7-day cancellation right on all items. The 7-day cancellation period begins on the day when you receive your purchase. WST refunds you, but please notice that you'll have to pay the shipping fee yourself.

Notice that you cannot use the items you wish to return, only try them on. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and all tags need to be in place. All boxes and item's original packaging need to be returned. We do not accept returns for items with missing or cut tags, or with missing boxes.


Need to return an order? No worries! Send us an email at info@wst.fi, telling us what you have to return. After that, you'll get the information how the return process works. We'd love to hear how we can improve your shopping experience, and the accuracy of our product info, so telling why you are returning an item is well appreciated. 



If your order has been damaged, you receive the wrong product(s), or you have any problems with your received order, please send us an email as quickly as possible at info@wst.fi. Explain us the situation, and let's work it out together.
